    This class offers an opportunity for both relaxation and exercise. With ample opportunities to build strength and increase flexibility. Yet, at the same time, moving inward to awaken softness and receptivity.

  • Saturday Vinyasa Class

    Saturday 9:00 - 10:00am

    In this dynamic Vinyasa yoga class, you’ll connect breath with movement, flowing seamlessly through a series of postures to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
