This massage is typically a gentle, full-body massage designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve general well-being through rhythmic, flowing movements.
It consists of long, gliding strokes and gentle kneading to release surface tension and improve circulation in the muscles.
The pressure is typically light to moderate, prioritizing comfort and ease over the intense, targeted pressure found in deep tissue work.

Deep Tissue Massage
Slower, localized, and firmer pressure targeting the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to address chronic tension. Note: Our Deep tissue massage focuses on specific areas of the body - 30-60 minute sessions.

A goal-oriented approach focused strictly on the physical structure to address specific aches, pain reduction, injury recovery, and localized muscular tension.
